The product and publisher
ScoreShare is the soccer scoreboard app made by Loopz.
ScoreShare is an iPhone app for grassroots soccer. One person keeps the score and match clock; invited family and teammates can follow the live game through a shared link.
Built from a recurring sideline problem
ScoreShare started with a problem Steven Machtelinckx had seen while watching his own children play. Someone was keeping the score in their head, someone else was asking for an update, and the person answering was looking at a phone instead of the match.
The app gives that job one focused place: keep score, run the clock and share the live game without becoming the group-chat commentator.
What ScoreShare does
- Keeps the score and match clock for a soccer game
- Records goals, optional scorers and assists, and yellow or red cards
- Reuses teams and players across matches
- Keeps upcoming and finished games together
- Shares a live game with invited followers
- Shows live match progress with Live Activities on supported iPhones
What ScoreShare is not
ScoreShare is not an official league, federation or professional results provider. It does not fetch scores for matches elsewhere. A person at the match records the game, and ScoreShare shares those updates with the people they invite.
The scorekeeping app is made for soccer on iPhone. That narrower scope is deliberate.
